The server will restart within 30-60 seconds. Please notify your players before restarting.

Can I install custom plugins or mods?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You have full control access to your server. For Minecraft, you can install Bukkit/Spigot/Paper plugins or Forge/Fabric mods.

Upload files through the File Manager in the dashboard or use FTP. Please make sure the plugin/mod is compatible with your server version.

Why is my transaction status Pending/Failed even though the funds were already deducted?

Accepted Answer

This can happen due to a network issue during the payment process. If the funds were deducted but the transaction status failed, the funds will be automatically refunded by the payment provider within 1-3 business days.

If it has not been refunded after more than 3 days, please contact our support with a screenshot of your transaction receipt.
